Answer: Our bakery is located in Stephenville, Newfoundland. However, we do have numerous locations across Newfoundland carrying our products. We also attend numerous Craft and Trade shows across Newfoundland throughout the year. A list of these show dates can be found on our Home Page.
2. Why do you use Peanut Butter in some of your treats?
Answer: Peanut Butter contains vitamins H and E which are essential in helping your dog live a long happy life. Vitamin H helps to keep your dog's coat and skin shiny and healthy. Its also helps to strengthen your dog's nails. Vitamin E is useful in maintaining your dog's immune system which protects them from disease.
3. Do you use Chocolate in your treats?
Answer: No, Chocolate is toxic to dogs and can make them quite sick. We use "CAROB" in our treats. Carob is a substitute for chocolate which is safe for dogs. Carob contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B6, D; Calcium, Iron, Potassium, manganese, and Protein. It is also very rich in Fibre,Pectin and low in Sodium.
4. Can I make payment other then with "Paypal"?
Answer: Yes, we do accept other forms of payment besides "Paypal". You can email your orders to us at orders@valleyviewgourmettreatshop.com and payment arrangements can be made through other means: email money transfer, money order, in person, etc.
5. After placing an order, how long does it take to process and receive my shipment?
Answer: All of our Dog Treats are baked freshly upon receiving your order making them arrive at your house fresh. Once your order is processed please allow two-five days for baking time and then we'll ship your order. It also depends on how big the order is. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email containing a tracking number for your order.
6. I am a store owner and I am interested in carrying your products. How would I do this?
Answer: Contact us as we have special rates for businesses. We are always looking to expand.
